- Balad Ltd will charge a fee of 15% of the course revenue or other percentage agreed between you and Balad Ltd;
- An introductory lesson must be available for free or a fee (clearly displayed on your course page) and such fee will be held by Balad Ltd for a period of 14 days and if for any reason the User is not happy with the lesson or content, you agree that Balad Ltd will refund that fee to the User;
- If a User purchases multiple items or lessons in advance and does not use all the items or lessons, you agree to refund pro-rata the remaining fees to the User;
- Any dispute arising between you and your paying Users, you will use best endeavours to resolve in an amicable manner. In the event that both parties cannot agree a resolution, the dispute will be escalated to Balad Ltd, who will appoint a Website Administrator to arbitrate between the parties. Submission will be made in writing and the decision of the Administrator will be final and binding on both parties.
- Donations
All donations collected on behalf of the Balad Foundation Charity will be transferred in full to the Charity. Balad Ltd does not charge any fees for work or administration done on behalf of the Balad Foundation.
